Here’s my best guess. Could be more. Could be less.
Level 1 – 8 hours over a month
Level 2- 2 Partial Day Intensives over one weekend
Level 3 – 2-3 Hours/week for two months
Let’s be real. You’re already spending this much time working on something. Let’s make it the RIGHT something that will move the needle.
That’s certainly an option. It just takes a lot of time, searching, and consumption. What I find is that you’ll keep busy being busy, and not creating revenue.
Dare I say that you should be your only reason for investing if your revenue is low? This isn’t just a nice-to-have. It’s a need-to-have for you.
Well, that could be legit. Not everyone is cut out for this kind of entrepreneurial work.
But I guess that you feel something stronger about this work, not just a passion but a calling.
It’s time to pass the mic. Take it away from the negative self talk, imposter syndrome or fear of failure and let my encouraging and can do spirit turn up the volume for you until you can do it on your own
I love 1×1 coaching, but traditionally that’s best for longer term accountability – not fast action support. AND I should point out that it’s more expensive.
And there’s something magical about doing this kind of work in community – you’re amongst friends, walking through it together.

You don’t have to do it 40 hours a week or 50 weeks of the year – in fact I’ll encourage you not to.
And your revenue goals can come in all shapes and sizes. We’ll build your plan to match YOUR goals.
You need to know your subject matter. These are business growth tools, not how to teach.
You should have practice in your specialty or subject matter. At minimum pro bono clients, but ideally you’ve served at least a handful of people.
You don’t need to have a website, LLC, or business cards first – those are frosting, you need cake.
You will see immediate action and change as you do the work.
How soon will you book your next new client? My crystal ball isn’t working right now – so I can’t say for sure.
But after our intensive day you will be making some big shifts and see great results with your next sales calls.
In a sentence? Confidence to know that you have solid frameworks, offers, and clarity about the value you provide. That confidence will close your sales by itself.
